The many issues that can trigger vulnerability affect us all. The Financial Conduct Authority note that vulnerability can affect consumers across all financial services and products, and they have conducted a great deal of research to support providers in their interaction with those in need of greater support. They also point to vulnerability being an issue for retirees, which could be driven by a number of reasons including income shock, portfolio longevity, funding care fees and a range of issues that require the support of legal advisers. This 60-minute training session will summarise regulatory attention around vulnerability, open a discussion on its drivers and then focus in on retirement income planning.

Each seminar will last for approximately 1 hour with the opportunity for discussions afterwards.
